Can you target a frame using @URLOpen?

Yes, use this syntax (thanks to [email] Torben for this neat trick):

  @urlopen("http://www.company.com\" target=\"frame1")

where frame1 is the frame you want to open the URL into. You can use this @URLOpen syntax in your navigator hotspots.
